You are viewing a pre1900 Medallion for the British Army Temperance Association. The medallion is made of heavy metal (iron) and is mounted with a ring type attachment. No apparent hallmark. It has what appears to be an image of St George killing the Dragon inside a beautifully enameled blue oval ring. In the enameling is the inscription "Royal Army, Temperance Association". Leads one to think this may be Church of England related.
