Very good condition, complete with no chipping or damage to the design features. Has an interesting wheat sheaf design centered above the "Canada" designation...

The 209th was raised from volunteers in Southwestern Saskatchewan during the summer of 1916, with Headquarters at Swift Current. They were off to England on Nov. 3rd 1916. An average size contingent composed of 944 officers and men. Upon arrival in England, they became part of the 9th Reserve Battalion...
