You are viewing the scans for this beautiful browning copper cap badge In excellent condition with both lugs original and intact. The Prince Edward Island Light Horse was first organized in 1901. In World War I it helped to form part of the 6th Canadian Mounted Rifles, Canadian Expeditionary Force (CEF). The Light Horse supplied mounted escorts for various Governor-Generals and other distinguished visitors and for the Lieut. Governor of the Province on ceremonial occasions including the annual opening of the legislature.
