Above are the scans for a WW1 32nd Battalion collar badge. The lugs on this one have been clipped. Was blackened for camouflage. A o/r clean copper badge with very nice patina giving evidence to its age.


Formed in 1915. This battalion was raised in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, with headquarters in Winnipeg. Sailed for England in March of 1915 and was became the 32 Reserve Battalion and then to the 15th Reserve Battalion. Served under command of one Lt. Colonel H.J. Cowan.
