Above you will find an excellent Cap and collar set for the British WWII era Auxiliary Transport Service - ATS. The cap badge is made of brass and comes with its original tang type fastener. The collars are a matched set, made of copper, and complete with all lugs, original and in good order.


It is noteworthy that the British ATS was the regiment in which Queen Elizabeth II served during WWII. She worked in the capacity of a "Truck Driver" in 1945 ...
I think the inbred humility of this Queen has always been an outstanding feature of her personality,, and is perhaps what has made her so loved over the years.
