Above are some scans of the personal album of DFC recipient Squadron Leader P.G. Evans. Space limitations preclude showing the many WWII era photos in this album. Also included is his Pilot's Flying Log Book, which contains many penciled annotations from his service experiences. The album traces the Evan's life in the 59 Squadron up until the end of the war, inclusive of over 50 original photos of his experiences. The DFC medal comes with its original box, and is in excellent condition. Evans also received the Atlantic star, the 3 basic WWII medals as well as the Air Crew star. These medals were not found with the album.
