Formed in 1915. This battalion was raised from the Victoria and Haliburton Counties of Ontario, with headquarters in Lindsay. Known as the "Victoria and Haliburton Battalion". Sailed for England in November of 1916, and was the members resupplied the 20th, 21st, 38th, and 124th Battalions.
