Above you may view the scans for a WWI era 137th Battalion CEF officer collar badge. This browning copper example is missing its straight pin attachment. The badge is hallmarked "E.Black & Son". A battalion officer grade badge or a beautiful sweetheart commemorative.

They shall grow not old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning
We will remember them.
