Above are the scans for this WWI CEF 79th Battalion Collar badge set of two. This beautiful example is complete with all original lugs intact and in good order. A o/r clean browning brass badge set with very nice patina giving evidence to its age. Formed in 1915. This battalion was raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Sailed for England in April of 1916 and became part of the 17th Reserve battalion.
