You are viewing a CEF WWI era Canadian 136th Battalion Collar badge. Made of browning copper, with its original lug type fasteners, both intact and in good condition, complete with no chipping or damage to the high relief design features. Has an interesting scrolling design holding the roundel containing the "136".

The 136th was raised in eastern Ontario and during the winter of 1916. They went off to England on September 27th 1916. It was a smaller contingent of 510 officers and men. Most of this group were re-assigned, upon their arrival, to the 39th Infantry Battalion, and the rest were placed in the 6th Reserve Battalion.
Guaranteed 100% genuine.
