You are viewing a WWI era "Canadian Army Service Corps" cap badge and Collar Set.. They are all made of copper. The collar set has all lugs original and intact. The cap badge however, has only one lug. Note that the corps name had not yet received its "Royal" designation when this badge was produced. Charlton's 1991 book show this type as being from WWI. Well preserved design features make this set an excellent example.

The Service Corps was tasked with keeping the troops supplied with everything from toilet paper to transport vehicles, and everything in between.
