You are viewing a vintage WW1 82nd CEF Battalion Cap Badge and collar set of 3 pieces, with display box included. Made of browning copper. All three pieces have original lugs which are in good order. Made using a casting method. An excellent group for the discerning collector.


This battalion was raised from volunteers, and paid for by the people of the city of Calgary, Alberta in 1915. After their basic training, the volunteers sailed for England on March 20th 1916. Upon their arrival they were to become part of the 9th Canadian Reserve Battalion, supplying reinforcements to the front lines. .
