Below are the scans for this brass CEF 242nd Battalion Collar Device WWI era . This badge has both original lugs intact and in good order.


Formed in 1916. This battalion was raised in Quebec, with headquarters in Montreal. Sailed for England in November 1916 and absorbed into the Canadian Forestry Corps.. Served under command of one Lt. Colonel J.B. White. An excellent conditioned badge for the collector of Canadian CEF badges.
